The Sanfrecce Hiroshima new season’s home jersey inherit a color combination based on the “Hiroshima Violet” and incorporate graphic elements from previous generations of jerseys in a hybrid design to represent the powerful Sanfrecce team. The jersey draws inspiration from the jersey styles worn by the team when they won the last three J-League championships – the checkered jersey in 2012, the horizontal striped jersey in 2013 and the vertical striped jersey in 2015 – and blends them together in a Nike digital style pattern. The pattern is richly varied through a combination of diagonal thick and thin lines, expressing the energy, sharpness and speed of a sharp arrow. This combination of multiple graphic purple gradients creates a dynamic image that also contains subtle layers. The jersey, shorts and socks all showcase the club’s identity, incorporating a direction that constantly challenges itself with new thinking while firmly preserving the club’s heritage.
The Sanfrecce Hiroshima new season’s away jersey continues the white based color scheme, the jersey, shorts and socks are all decorated with the club’s signature “Hiroshima Violet” and the gold color in the team logo is used as the color of the Nike Swoosh logo, the overall color balance is harmonious. In addition, the purple curved design on the side of the jersey and shorts is simple and classic, shaped like a powerful bent bow, while the design of the collar is reminiscent of a sharp arrow, incorporating modern elements to create a fresh and competent image in the club’s colors.
As always, the club crest on the chest of the new jersey highlights the symbol of the team, a symbol of pride for both the club and the players, with four championship stars (the fourth being the J-League Cup winner for the 2022 season) on the top of the crest to highlight the team’s glory. The “86” logo on the left sleeve expresses the memory of August 6, 1945, a date that is engraved in the hearts of the club, as well as the mission of Hiroshima FC, with the slogan “One Ball,One World.” is the slogan to express the desire to continue spreading world peace through soccer.
